Lemon Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette can be customized so many ways. Start with the basics, then let your imagination go wild. Use on top of salads or as a marinade for fish or chicken.

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar with lid, then shake. Keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks. If olive oil becomes solid, simply let it warm up on the counter for 10-15 minutes.
